How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. Metro deliveries usually arrive in 2 to 3 days, and the rest of India in 4 to 6.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹49 applies. You will see the exact amount before you pay.
How do JD9 Credits work?
Every order earns you 5% of its value back as credits, added to your wallet as soon as payment clears. On your next order they come off automatically, up to 10% of that cart. No coupon codes, and no minimum spend.
What payment methods can I use?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, all handled securely by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is also available.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have seven days from delivery for a replacement or a full refund if an item arrives damaged, or the size or shape is not right. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds reach your original payment method in 5 to 7 working days, and any credits you spent on the order go straight back to your wallet.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes — you sign in before checkout. It is what lets us show you your order history, hold your saved addresses, and keep track of your JD9 Credits balance.
